Duc In Altum Schools Collaborative is committed to helping build the community of passionately Catholic schools and dioceses so let’s gather to support this mission. This year’s events are open to all interested educators, administrators and superintendents unless otherwise noted, and current DIA members* receive discounted registrations. January 23-25 – DIA’s first-ever Pilgrimage, including VIP tours, behind-the-scenes access to interesting sites, campus tours and networking with Catholic philanthropists are just some of the events on this pilgrimage in Washington, DC. February 4 – DIA Founders’ Forum is for member heads of school and school leaders to brainstorm solutions to common issues and share resources for success. Attend in person at JSerra Catholic High School or participate virtually, 9-11:30 am PT.

June 13-17 – To bolster the Catholic culture of our schools we need to build the confidence of new hires to be a witness to our faith. The new DIA Schools Summer Institute for Early Career Teachers provides the tools to inspire new educators! In partnership with Benedictine College, programming provides tools and techniques to infuse the Catholic Mission in our classrooms. Topics include:
- The Catholic/Sacramental Worldview,
- Inculcating Virtue and Character in Students,
- Integrating Curriculum Across Disciplines,
- Effective Teacher Communication,
- How to teach in a PLC,
- Teaching Special Ed Students,
- Using Technology in the Classroom,
- and more.
Registration details will be announced soon. Discounts are available for two or more registrants from the same school and the rate includes all meals and overnight accommodations (single occupancy) on the campus of Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas. Save the date, and spread the word!
July 27-31 – Napa Summer Institute in beautiful Napa, California. The event description states, “Dive deeper into our Catholic Faith and examine, with a spirit of charity, intellectual rigor, and fidelity to the magisterium, pressing issues facing Catholics today.” Be spiritually and professionally enriched with fellow Catholics from throughout the world, and network with renowned philanthropists and theologians.

October 19 – the second of the twice-annual Founders’ Forum for DIA member schools’ administrators is offered just before the opening of the DIA Schools Summit at JSerra Catholic High School. Virtual participation will also be offered.
October 19-21 – The 8th Annual DIA Schools Summit opens at 4:00 pm Wednesday afternoon, and concludes by 2:00 pm Friday afternoon on the campus of JSerra Catholic High School in San Juan Capistrano, California. With programming for administrators and superintendents, teachers as well as campus ministers, this event is a “must attend” for many Catholic education professionals from across the country, and beyond. New this year: A DIA pilgrimage extending the Summit experience with Modern Catholic Pilgrim, starting Friday afternoon from the Mission at San Juan Capistrano, through the foothills of southern California and ending at the beautiful St. Michael’s Abbey, home of a dynamic Norbertine community. The Pilgrimage dismisses after the Norbertine’s Sunday morning Mass. More details coming soon!
